A fire has broken out at an industrial building in Eidsvoll. A safety zone of 300 meters has been set around the facility. Explosions have been heard, police say.
“It is a larger industrial building. It probably started in a welding workshop. Explosions were heard,” Eastern Police District wrote on Twitter at 11:17 AM.
“The smoke is moving south. Residents must stay inside,” the police stated a little earlier.
Several fire trucks have been sent to the industrial building located in Bønsdalen, and the fire service in Oslo has also been sent to the site to contribute.
