More than half a million Danes will be part of a comprehensive research project that aims to get a better overview of the side effects of coronavirus vaccines.

Among other things, the researchers will investigate whether the participants experience symptoms such as headaches, muscle pain, and dizziness.

The participants, who will be between 16 and 64 years old, will be examined both before and after they have been vaccinated.

“The study will give us greater insight into what symptoms are possible side effects of corona vaccines, and what symptoms are due to other factors,” researcher Dorte Rytter at Aarhus University noted.
