Norwegian government to present new crisis package on Friday
On Friday, the AP-SP government will present a comprehensive crisis package to deal with the consequences of the Ukraine war.
Minister of Finance Trygve Slagsvold Vedum (SP) confirmed the information to the newspaper VG.
“Yes, we have decided on a broad investment in a number of areas. It concerns people’s security in an insecure situation (due to) the war in Europe,” Vedum said.
Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reports that the new crisis package will cover defense, civil preparedness, sanctions, and the refugee situation.
