The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) states that Russia violated human rights during the war in Ukraine.
On Wednesday, the OSCE presented a report on the investigation of war crimes in Ukraine since the start of the Russian war of aggression.
There, the organization, of which Russia is also a member, stated that there are strong indications that Russia has systematically violated human rights.
The report also covers the attack on a hospital in Mariupol on March 9. The report states that this was a Russian attack and that it was a war crime.
Russian authorities have denied that their forces were responsible for the attack.
