Oslo reported 209 new corona cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 209 new corona infection cases have been registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours – 217 fewer than the same day last week and 85 fewer than on Thursday.

In the last two weeks, an average of 378 infection cases has been registered per day. The peak of infection in Oslo was registered on August 30 this year, with 680 cases in one day.

The infection rates are highest in the Grorud district, with an infection pressure of 1,079 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks.

The figures are lowest in the Grünerløkka, Frogner, and St. Hanshaugen districts.

A total of 50,170 Oslo citizens have been registered as infected with corona since March last year.
