Students at a school in Marks Municipality in Sweden are under investigation after trying to poison a teacher, the Swedish newspaper Borås Tidning writes.

Students are suspected of putting chemicals in the teacher’s water bottle.

The teacher must have consulted a doctor several times in connection with ailments that he suffered.

“The case is being reviewed. It involves a manipulated water bottle, and an investigation has been launched. We are waiting for the analysis results,” Gustag Lants in the police told the newspaper.

Problems in the school

Several people told the Swedish newspaper that the school has a number of problems and that several other reported cases are connected to the school.

“Some students do not respect the other students or the teachers, we have many big challenges,” operations manager Caroline Ekberg said.
