A predominant proportion of Norwegians are positive about corona certificates.
The newspaper Nettavisen’s survey shows that 67% of Norwegians have a positive attitude towards corona certificates, while only 18% are against the certificates.
Before the weekend, Oslo Conservatives’ (H) group leader Anne Haabeth Rygg said corona certificates must be used to get more people to get vaccinated. Rygg told Nettavisen on Tuesday that she thinks the large support is due to corona measure fatigue and frustration towards the unvaccinated.
Assistant health director Espen Rostrup Nakstad told the newspaper VG earlier Tuesday that the corona certificate is ineffective as the omicron variant is already in Norway and that it would provide false security.
