A woman in Jämtland was refused to buy drugs as she was registered as dead. The woman has reported the incident as a case of forgery of documents, SVT informs.
“It’s the kind of thing that shouldn’t happen. It is incredibly unpleasant for those exposed to it,” investigation leader Zandra Brodd in Jämtland police told SVT.
The police will now investigate who wrongly declared the woman, who is in her 40s, dead.
“We continue with the investigation,” Brodd said.
