Erling Braut Haaland and Borussia Dortmund were too strong for Freiburg in their Bundesliga game on Saturday.

With two goals from the Norwegian and one from Emre Can, the game ended in a 4-0 victory.

Dortmund played well after its recent league loss from Augsburg and cup loss from Bayern Munich.

Haaland played a key role in the match against Freiburg.

After half an hour of play, 17-year-old Giovanni Reyna found the young Norwegian, who scored for 1-0 from a sharp angle.

The Reyna then made another assist, this time Emre Can, with a corner kick that resulted in 2-0.

A number of assists

Two assists were not enough for Reyna, who found Haaland halfway out in the second half.

The Norwegian hammered the ball in for 3-0, and Reyna became the first 17-year-old in the history of the Bundesliga with three assists in a single match.

Just before the end of the game, Haaland could have scored his third goal, but the Norwegian played forward to teammate Felix Passlack who put it in for 4-0.

Thus, Dortmund is currently in second place in the league with six points, and Haaland has scored four goals in three games in the Bundesliga.
