A total of 200 boys and girls will get the opportunity to join the Joshua King Football Academy at Stovner in Oslo in June, TV 2 writes.

The Everton pro King is finally launching his project, which was stopped by the corona pandemic last year.

“I am really excited. I remember when I was young… It cost a lot of money to attend a football school. Therefore, I thought it would be fun to get something that is free, where the kids can just enjoy it, have fun, and be trained by high-level coaches. We have achieved this, and we have received only positive responses from sponsors, coaches, and people who want to contribute,” King told TV 2.

On its website, the football school states that registration opens in three days and that participants born from 2007 to 2010 can register.

The football school will take place from June 18 to 20. King himself grew up on Romsås, not far from the field where the football school will be organized.
