Johannes Høsflot Klæbo and Erik Valnes won the men’s team sprint gold in the 2022 Olympics Games.

Norway won ahead of Finland and the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC).

With the latest gold, Klaebo showed why he is considered the greatest cross-country skier of all time. The Norwegian athlete now has five Olympic gold medals, along with six World Championship golds.

He is also the most successful male sprinter in World Cup history.

Norway competed as the reigning Olympic champion in the team sprint after the gold from the games in Pyeongchang in 2018, when Klæbo and Martin Johnsrud Sundby were at the top.
