Over 200,000 witnessed United securing a spot in the Champions league

Tv2 is very pleased with the number of viewers from the final round of the Premier League.

This important match between Leicester and Manchester United was especially popular on Sunday afternoon, writes Kampanje. The website was informed that 100,000 viewers followed the match simultaneously  on TV 2 Sport Premium, while 125,000 unique customers saw the match on the streaming service Sumo. 

-” These are strong numbers, both for Manchester United’s final match and for the Premier League’s finale in general. Interest held throughout the season, and it is very gratifying.”, said sports editor, Vegard Jansen Hagen, of TV 2 to Kampanje. 

The current champions, Liverpool,  final league match against Newcastle was followed by 27,000 viewers. All ten matches of the 38th round of the series were broadcasted on TV 2’s platforms.
