Serbia is nervous ahead of its match with Norway, and Erling Braut Haaland is getting a lot of attention.

The Borussia Dortmund striker scored three goals in September. Last weekend, he scored twice in the Bundesliga.

Experienced Serbian football expert Dragoslav Stepanovic, who has many years of experience in German football both as a player and coach, had words of praise for Haaland.

“Only God can save us from Haaland,” he said to Serbia’s newspaper Informer.

“Serbia has no chance in Oslo,” he concluded.

The winner of Thursday’s match will meet the winner of the Israel – Scotland match.

Strong squad

Serbia’s coach Ljubisa Tumbakovic has taken out 30 players for the European Championship match against Norway.

A total of 23 are under contract with clubs in Europe’s top five leagues (England, France, Italy, Spain, and Germany).

Serbia is number 31 on the FIFA rankings, while Norway is in 44th place.

The match will be open to 200 spectators at Ullevaal, and 180 will be regular football fans.

After the Serbia match, Norway will play new home matches against Romania (Sunday) and Northern Ireland (Wednesday), as a part of UEFA’s national league.
