The airline Norwegian had record high punctuality and almost full capacity in January.
A total of 1,974,606 customers chose to fly with the company in January. The punctuality for January was 87 percent, which is the highest punctuality the company has had in a single month since 2015.
– “I am pleased that punctuality is improving significantly, because I know how important this is to our customers,” says CEO Jacob Schram.
The aircraft fill rate was 81 percent in the first month of 2020, which indicates an increase of 4.8 percentage points.
