The tourism industry is taking note of a solid tourist year in 2019 and is optimistic about the outlook for 2020.
Several people visited Norway outside the summer season, which is a result of a focus on all-year tourism, according to Innovation Norway, which held its annual review on Tuesday.
– The fact that traffic is now spread throughout the year to a greater extent than before, is good news for the tourism industry. It is a myth that Norway is full up, and we are looking forward to registering new and exciting tourism products – the investment interest for future tourism products is great, says tourism director Bente Bratland Holm.
