On Friday, Spain’s Coronavirus status will probably change from green to red. Now the deadline for avoiding quarantine when entering Norway has been set, according to Aftenposten.
Those who come to Norway from Spain before midnight this Friday night will not have to be placed under quarantine, communications adviser Alexandra R. Tufteland in the Ministry of Health and Care Services informs the newspaper.
According to the newspaper, many have changed their plane tickets to try to avoid the new quarantine requirement.
At least 12,000 Norwegians are in Spain, and the Norwegian Directorate of Health has warned that they will probably have to be quarantined when they return home.
A possible 10-day quarantine must be implemented even if Spain’s status were to change to green during the quarantine period.
