Nordic Choice employees, who are in contact with hotel guests, must wear a face mask, the company states.
The order will be introduced from next week.
“Ever since the corona outbreak started, we have introduced infection control measures in all our hotels in line with the authorities’ recommendations,” says CEO Torgeir Silseth of Nordic Choice Hotels.
“It involves many visible and invisible measures, and the last in line is the use of face masks among those of our employees who are in direct contact with the guests. This contributes to a safer workplace for our employees and the guests have an even safer hotel to stay”, he continues.
At the same time, the hotel chain offers face masks, gloves and hand sanitizing liquid to conference participants. Regular hotel guests will also be offered to buy these packages.
