Travel company stops sales

Package travel company Tyrkiareiser has halted sales of travel next year. Operations are paused and customers are referred to one of the competitors.

Operations of the company have gone with about NOK 10.5 million in deficit over the past three years, writes flysmart24.no.

– Turkish travel will still exist. The decision made at this time is valid for 2020 only, writes Turkey travel Manager Anne K. Jakobsen in an email to the site.

According to flysmart24.no, the company states that they are aiming to be back in the market in the 2021 season.

Turkey Travel specializes in trips to Turkey. They have been operating in the Norwegian market since 2004.
