Ving in new collaboration

All Coop co-owners will now get cheaper travel.

Ving is Norway’s largest tour operator with trips to more than 350 destinations in over 50 countries. Ving arranges charter flights and flexible package tours with scheduled flights, as well as offering flights and hotel accommodation for those who want to travel on their own.

Geir Jostein Dyngeseth, administrative and Members’ Director at Coop Norway, says that members’ benefits on travel has been a demand from Coop’s partners for a long time.

– Norwegians love to travel, and members’ travel benefits came in a clear first place when we asked our co-owners and members what they wanted. We therefore contacted a number of package and tour operators in Norway, and Ving was the operator who could offer the best deal to Coop’s co-operative members. We are very pleased to have this collaboration agreement in place, ”says Dyngeseth.

Wing is also pleased with the new collaboration.

– We are looking forward to being able to offer Coop’s 1.7 million cooperative members good prices for their travels, says Ving’s Information Manager, Siri Røhr-Staff.
