Four men died in traffic in February, and so far this year, seven people have lost their lives in traffic accidents.
At the same period last year, ten people died in traffic in the first two months of the year.
“Every single death in traffic is a terrible incident for the bereaved. We, therefore, hope that the number of fatalities will continue to fall in 2022,” Bård Morten Johansen, senior adviser at Trygg Trafikk, stated.
The four fatal accidents occurred in Nordland, Rogaland, and Vestfold og Telemark. Two of the accidents were frontal collisions.
