Bergen court sentences man to five and a half years in prison for raping 16-year-old daughter
A 47-year-old man has been found guilty of incest and rape of his 16-year-old daughter in the Gulating Court of Appeal.
He has been sentenced to five years and six months in prison.
The 16-year-old was abused on the night of Saturday, January 26, 2019.
She used a computer to contact a friend. The friend woke up her own father and agreed on a place to meet the victim.
The 16-year-old girl crawled out of the bedroom window and ran barefoot to the meeting place. She was then taken to the rape clinic, where samples were immediately taken.
NOK 200,000 in restitution
At the same time as the daughter was at the reception, the police arrested the father. DNA tests were also carried out.
The 47-year-old has also been sentenced to pay NOK 200,000 in restitution to his daughter.
Newspaper Aftenbladet has not succeeded in getting comments from the convicted man’s lawyer Svein Kjetil Lode Svendsen at the law firm Elden.
