22 per cent of all Norwegians say they are in worse physical shape since the corona outbreak. 10 per cent say they are in better shape, while the rest say they are unchanged. There are almost no differences between men and women.

Norwegian Corona Monitor at Opinion has asked a total of 20,500 Norwegians how their physical form has become after the corona outbreak.

“The form has improved somewhat in May, but we must realize that we are going to the shorts and bikini season with corona-body, and that summer plans with mountain walks will be heavier bodies in the beginning,” says Senior Adviser Ola Gaute Aas Askheim at Opinion.

Around Easter, more people stated that they were in worse shape than they are now.

It is in Oslo and in Northern Norway that most people state that their form has deteriorated lately. In Oslo, three in ten now say they are in worse shape, and fewer than one in ten say they are in better shape.
