In a new poll, 82% of those surveyed say they support Norway providing more military equipment to Ukraine.

As many as 62% said that they believe Norway has given too little military support to Ukraine in the past.

The survey was conducted by Norstat on behalf of the Norwegian-Ukrainian Friends Association.

“The fact that the whole of Norway is now united in demanding more weapons being sent to Ukraine is an important signal to our politicians that support must be stepped up now,” Jørn Sund-Henriksen in the Norwegian-Ukrainian Friends Association noted.

The support is greatest among the Labor Party’s voters, with as many as 92% fully or partially agreeing that Norway should provide increased support.

Among the voters in the other political parties, there is also enormous support for providing more military support to Ukraine.

The survey was conducted on weeks 15 and 16 with a nationally representative sample of 1,016 respondents.

  1. So – if this survey is on the level – feeding the war and its escalation is more important to Norwegains than a fair security treaty to Russia, let alone real/ekte civil defense/sivillforsvars?

The thunder of our bored-with-peace war-rabid lemming feet is deafening.

Regardless, this Ukraine attack on Bryansk is a deciding moment. Russia must accept defeat … and the loss of the Crimea and East Ukraine … and the collapse of the current Russian government … and I don’t think it *will* accept that … or escalate the war with nuclear ultimatums/weapons, since it is only losing conventionally.
