The police had to intervene on Saturday night in Oslo and Slependen to stop parties that violated Norway’s infection control rules.
At 2:36 AM, the Oslo Police District announced on Twitter that a police patrol had to move out to a party at Slependen in Bærum in Viken county after a complaint about party noises from an apartment.
Upon arrival, the patrol established that the apartment was not large enough for the party participants to keep one meter of distance from each other.
Barely an hour later, at 3:29 AM, the police had to stop a party in an apartment in central Oslo.
There, everyone who was present at the party has been reported for violating the infection control regulations.
A total of 166 new coronavirus infection cases have been registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours.
