Immigrant children are more criminal than their parents

Data from Statistics Norway show that children of immigrants commit more crime than those who themselves immigrated. The figures are ordered by Frp.

There are significantly higher rates among immigrants for certain types of offences, such as mistreatment in close relationships. And significantly lower for other types, such as embezzlement, says Sigmund Book Mohn of Statistics Norway (SSB) to Aftenposten.

According to figures from Statistics Norway, Norwegian-born men in the age group of 15-35 years with Somali family background have 4.6 times the rate of violent crime. Men with Iraqi backgrounds have 4 times as high, the number for men with Moroccan background is 3.2, for men with Turkish background the number is 2.8, and 2.4 for Pakistani men.

The report also shows that in an average year in the period 2015–2017, 443 people were charged with “mistreatment in close relationships.” 185 of the 443 were immigrants.

Immigration policy spokesman Jon Helgheim of Frp and deputy leader of Frp Sylvi Listhaug tell the newspaper that “integration does not automatically take place over time.”

It is not so that applying money and services, which Norway has been good at, solves the problems. We must make more demands and check much better if the integration measures have any effect, they say.

  1. What is the percentage of immigrant doctors and engineers among local Norwegians who are currently working in Norway? I think it should also be highlighted!!!!
