One in three will choose an electric car as their next car, according to NAF. The share remains at 35 percent as last year. Women are more positive about electric cars than men.

At the same time, 29 percent say that they will not buy an electric car, according to a recent survey conducted by InFact on behalf of NAF.

Here, the percentage of people who are most negative about buying an electric car has jumped from 12 percent to 22 percent since last year’s survey.

– This can be a challenge for authorities, which has adopted a goal that all new cars should be zero-emission cars in 2025. The last car buyers can be difficult to reach, says senior communications adviser Nils Sødal in NAF.
