A person was stabbed in Skien on Tuesday. Police have arrested a person they believe is the perpetrator.

The Southeast Police District informed on Twitter that the emergency services moved out to a private address in the center of Skien after a report that a person had been stabbed.

The victim has been transported to the hospital. The degree of the victim’s injuries is unknown.

The police stated that they had arrested a person they believe is the suspected perpetrator.
