Poland is open to accepting a large number of refugees from Ukraine, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Sunday.
“We will let in everyone who needs it,” Morawiecki told the French newspaper Ouest-France and the German newspaper group Funke on Sunday.
“Poland is ready to receive tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian refugees,” he stated.
According to the Warsaw government, Poland has already received more than 110,000 refugees from Ukraine since Russia launched its invasion on Thursday.
