Labor Party (AP) leader Jonas Gahr Støre believes the parties at the right side of the political spectrum have shown “their true selves” during the pandemic.
“The last year has also made our society more unfair,” Støre said in his opening speech to the Labor Party’s national meeting on Thursday, adding that differences between people in Norway are growing.
“Norway is at a crossroads,” he said.
According to Støre, the coronavirus crisis has been a magnifying glass of party politics.
“The parties at the right (side of the political spectrum) have really shown their true selves,” he said.
