On Saturday, Nordea experienced technical problems that led to customers being charged twice.
Christian Steffensen, Director of Communications at Nordea, told the newspaper VG that they have technical problems due to which transactions made are being registered twice.
“We are working on the problem and apologize for the inconvenience it causes for customers.”
He stated that the money that has been deducted twice would be returned to the customers when the problem is solved.
