Slovenian President Borut Pahor will come to Norway on a state visit in November. This is the first time Slovenia’s president has visited Norway.
The visit on November 6th and 7th is a return visit after the royal couple’s state visit to Slovenia in 2011.
The program includes an official welcome ceremony at Slottsplassen on Wednesday, November 6th, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony at Akershus Festning (Fortress). Then it’s time for a visit to the Parliament and a Slovenian art exhibition before the day concludes with a gala dinner at the Castle.
Pahor will also meet Prime Minister Erna Solberg (Høyre/Conservative Party) and sign two program agreements for education and climate/environment under the EEA funds.
