At the end of 2019, almost 52,000 motorhomes were registered in Norway. That’s almost twice as many as a decade ago.

A total of 51,728 motorhomes were registered in Norway at the end of 2019, compared with 26,800 at the start of 2010, figures from Statistics Norway (Statistics Norway) show.

– “It’s a pretty formidable growth. We do not have figures for foreign motorhomes on Norwegian roads, but we do know that there are usually many of them, and there is reason to believe that growth has also been great in several other countries,” says senior adviser Geir Martin Pilskog at Statistics Norway.
