Several sold-out flights to the South this summer

SAS and Norwegian have several sold-out flights to Southern locations this summer, despite the fact that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against travel that is not strictly necessary for all countries until August 20

Travel agents have canceled all flights before August 20th, but airlines have several sold-out trips to popular Southern location favorites before that time, writes Dinside.

The airlines state that they require the traveler to consult with the Norwegian authorities themselves and the restrictions in the various countries.

But booking travel now involves a certain risk.

– “Should the travel council still be valid on departure, cancellations will not be covered, and the insurance will also not be valid on the trip if you leave,” says communications adviser Andreas Bibow Handeland of European Travel Insurance.
