It is crucial to have very strict control in order to prevent Anders Behring Breivik from establishing a right-wing terror network, according to the Attorney General.
The trial on the mass murder`s prison conditions is starting in the gymnasium in Skien prison on the 15 of March. Breivik has sued the state because he believes the violates human rights.
In his closing statement to the Oslo District Court, Wednesday lawyer Marius Emberland at the Attorney General categorically denies that Breivik’s prison conditions are contrary to human rights and claim that they all in all are “well within” the conditions that are allowed by the European Court of Human Rights.
