The police have arrested a man after a woman was found dead in Bærum on Tuesday. The case is being investigated by the homicide section of the Oslo police.
The police found the woman at midnight, Roger Hjertø at the Oslo police told Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK).
The Oslo police moved out to the address in Bærum at the request of the Southeastern Police District, the newspaper Dagbladet writes.
No weapons were found, and the police say it is too early to say what connection the deceased and the suspect have to the apartment in question.
“We are working on identification, so it is too early to reveal information about the relationship between the deceased and the suspect,” Hjertø said.
