Foreign Minister Eriksen Søreide on the nerve agent attack in Russia

German Chancellor Angela Merkel says Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny was the victim of an "attempted murder by poisoning" and the aim was to silence him. Navalny was poisoned with the same type of Soviet-era nerve agent that British authorities identified in a 2018 attack on a former Russian spy, the German government said Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020 citing new test results. ‘The news that the prominent Russian opposition politician and anti-corruption activist Alexei Navalny was poisoned by a nerve agent is deeply disturbing. Norway strongly condemns this attack,’ said Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide.

The German authorities reported today that laboratory analysis had produced evidence that Mr Navalny was poisoned with a nerve agent in the Novichok group of chemical weapons. Norway has full confidence in the German government’s investigation and determinations in this case, Ms Eriksen Søreide said.

‘The Russian authorities now have a grave duty to conduct a credible and thorough investigation of the neurotoxin attack,’ the Foreign Minister added.

Norway will continue to maintain close contact with the German authorities as well as its other allies and European partners.

  1. This is a very fair, concerned statement by Ine.

Even Russia Today is conceding “Navalny case a serious problem for Kremlin: International spotlight means Russia has to transparently investigate & find answers”

Scared by the demonstrations in Khabarovsk and Minsk and after the poisoning of Yushchenko in Ukraine, it is plausible the Kremlin would want to get rid of Navalny any way it could.

But … for those in the know … it is *not* plausible that they would use novichok to do it, which would give credibility to the Salisbury “Russian novichok” false flag farce and re-mobilize world/diplomatic opinion against Russia like the Salisbury scam was used to do to get countries diplomatically on-side for the Douma Syria false flag chemical attack to get Syria bombed by the West … again.

And *very* glad to see the Russians – Maria Zakharova – speaking out strongly about this.

Russia *should* have come out this strongly against the Salisbury false flag farce which would have thrown into question the credibility of this time from the get-go.

I have 9 obvious, objective reasons Salisbury was a British MI5or6 false flag op, but the only one also on Russia Today’s list is Juliya Skripal’s abduction. (Spinmeisters!)

The night of Salisbury in 2018, we always-skeptical British Independent commenters were already and easily shredding the British “Russian novichok” accusations. And ALL the comments under the main article were being ERASED EVERY HOUR! 😮 🙂

The British Ministry of Defence/government has total/dictatorial censorship control over British media in any situation it deems to be a “national emergency.” And MoD was obviously scared (of being caught out) and desperate to stop any “alternative narrative.”

(The very next morning at my last Institutt Forsvars Studier (IFS) lecture I attended I was laughing with a Grumman executive about the Brits’ Salisbury scam “going South at high speed.” 🙂 )

And there are some ominous developments not being noticed – I really wish Norway’s objective former intelligence chief Kjell Grandhagen was still with us.

A few days ago, apparently in anticipation of this and not wanting us commenters to have a fair chance to speculate on what might really be going on, ALL Independent comments are now being blocked.

And also a few days ago the classic British patriotic war film Zulu is now up on YouTube for free … like Sink the Bismarck and A Bridge Too Far have long been.

The Salisbury op was a false accusation of an Act of War – the Nazis staged false flag attacks to start their war against Poland like the Soviets did to start their Winter War against Finland – which is ITSELF an Act of War.

The Russians will not *tolerate* Ukraine being promoted to full NATO membership giving “interventionist”/aggressive NATO bases all the way up to Kharkov at their throats.

If the “Navalny novichok” accusation/episode is used to try to justify Ukraine getting full NATO membership, the Russians will (have to) go to WAR.

(They don’t want to: they lost 27 million people in World War 2 and fear another attack from the West just like Jewish people instinctively fear another Holocaust … which didn’t kill so many people, actually.)

Are these un-noticed developments in Britain runup to a nuclear showdown … and – considering how world wars are always one-sidedly/stupidly blundered into – war? Does the (degenerate elitist) British establishment really think this will just be another comparatively minor World War 2 and there will be any romantic Battle of Britain?

Our Western “neoconservatives”‘ – they’re *not* conservative at all – they’re revolution-,coup-, and war-spreading (“Arab Spring”) utopians like the Trotskyists their older members once openly were – pro-war policies do indeed have us on the brink of a very nuclear World War 3. (The Russians have even started accusing Trump – under Pompeo’s influence – of being neocon.)

Even our RAND Corp. has stated we – the U.S. and the West – may now not be able to defeat *either* Russia or China, and our neocon foreign policies have militarily *united* them. The Chinese foreign minister’s visit to Europe may have also been to decide which countries should be targeted, so occupying Russian troops won’t be blamed for the Chinese nuking European/NATO capitals.

Så, forresten/by the way, how ARE Norway’s civil defenses now? Any improvement AT ALL … for our *entire* population … since NRK’s shocking De Glemte Rommene program??

  2. … “going South at VERY high speed.”

  3. “… which didn’t kill *as* many people, actually.”
