PM Andersson: Norwegians must comply with Norwegian restrictions in Sweden

Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson told TV 2 that Norwegians must comply with Norwegian restrictions while they are in Sweden.

“I expect you (i.e., Norwegians) to take responsibility,” Andersson told TV 2.

Swedish authorities announced on Thursday morning that they would introduce a duty for travelers from Nordic countries to show a corona certificate upon entering Sweden. 

“You do not become less contagious if you cross the border. Everyone is welcome, but please follow the Norwegian recommendations. Or, to put it another way – do not move the New Year’s party to Sweden,” she said.
