A house in the Swedish town of Skövde was attacked in an unusual way on Tuesday night. A dead badger suddenly came flying in through the window.

Just before 11:00 PM, stones were thrown at a window in the house. 

“Shortly afterward, attackers threw a dead badger through the window hole before running away from the scene. It was very… special, I must say,” Mikael Jansson at the Skövde police told the newspaper Skaraborgs Allehanda.

Three young men were observed running away from the scene, but there is no further information on the suspected perpetrators. The police classify the incident as vandalism.

Skövde is located north of Gothenburg in the Västra Götaland region.
