“On November 7, Lithuania’s parliament will vote on the bill that could lead to the release and exchange of spy-convicted Frode Berg.”

This is what Laurynas Kasciunas said, from the Defense and Security Committee of the Lithuanian Parliament to NRK.

The Lithuanian news agency BNS reported last week that Russia and Lithuania agree to exchange two Russians against two Lithuanians and one unnamed Norwegian convicted in Russia. Berg is the only Norwegian to be sentenced as a spy in Russia.

On Thursday, a bill was tabled in the Lithuanian parliament that could make it easier to extradite the Russians. This bill must therefore be passed by Parliament on November 7.

  1. He was such a spy that there was not proof of that so. It’s questionable what’s going on considering Russian drones were seen near the north cape reigion. I don’t think this is a coincedance.
